About the possibilites for improvement:
You can use a highpass-filter, where you can define for each frequency the cutoff-frequency and the freq.step (between the cutoff frequencies)
You can use the Fourier-Theory and calculate the cutoff frequencies from the partial_shifts – and define your own frequency-steps!
You can implement your own filter-design as for instance a simple comb-filter (with a formula given by Robert van de Goor – as a „paper-poem“) for the filter-design.

After entering an input frequency shift in the sliders in the graphic user interface the program can choose the frequency and then the sequence to generate. The input frequency can be controlled by a knob with a range of 0.1 % – 100 %. This is the frequency shift that can be chosen. The input frequency can be modified in every note. After each note is played an harmonically significant note is generated. Also there is a sound and there is a note length. You can adjust the frequency and then the sequence to generate in the graph editor. There is no limit to the amount of sequences that can be generated. You can use the gui or the graph editor. (graph editor doesnt use the cli!)
