Prawn PDF not rendering properly in Rails 4

I’m trying to render a PDF in my Rails 4 app using the Prawn gem and Prawn-Ruby. My gemfile looks like this:

The pdf renders properly but the first page (for some reason) is blank, the rest of the pages are fine. I can inspect the PDF file in Firefox and the file has the content, but the rendered page is blank. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
