What’s Inside?
The packaged executable can come in three flavors: Windows, Mac and Linux. It can be used only on the platform it was designed for, i.e. on Windows, it can be run from an.ini file or a batch file. On the Mac OS X, it would require the installation of a developer tool. So, for those on Apple platform, if you’re trying to incorporate your script onto a CD or DVD, this is the tool you need.
By the way, I’m not affiliated with the developer of the tool. The tool, however, I think is one of the most useful utilities I’ve ever encountered.

The simplest way to start a process on Windows is CreateProcess().
Windows does not allow creating an instance of a named pipe if it already exists. But CreatePipe() does the trick.
The logic of the.bat file is as simple as this:
