VMPR (Virgin Mobile PIN Randomizer) is a compact application designed to help the customers of Virgin Mobile to change their PIN code. The application intends to help you protect your phone by preventing any brute force attack to find the PIN code.
It features an easy to use interface that enables you to enter your phone number and the time interval between two PIN changes.

VMPR consists of:
Simple interface, that is easy to understand
Starts automatically after booting the device
No need to go to the menu to change the PIN, just use the application to generate a new PIN number

It gets your phone number from a simple XML file, which is created upon the installation of this application.
It is a simple but an effective application, which can protect your phone from the brute force attacks. It can be very useful when you change your PIN code multiple times because then you can randomly change the PIN, which is more secure than always saving the same PIN.
* Note: All pins used in the application are tested against the expected PINs by Virgin Mobile.

VMPR Features:

To use the PIN protect feature of VMPR, enter the following command in a command shell:

The command above will prompt you for password. Enter your new password in the form of an integer followed by a decimal value and press the Enter key. Note that you should use the same style of PIN protect validation as described above. In the event that any of the integers within the password entered are not valid, VMPR will display a message like the following:

Please enter valid values for password
The first user name you enter will be used as the first user name in the application’s settings. The second user name you enter will be used as the second user name in the application’s settings. You should leave the second user name blank.
The first two user names you enter will be used as the first two user names in the application’s settings. You should leave the second user name blank.

3. Run the application and select „Mail all Messages to me“ or „Mail all Messages to any number (with SMS)“.

5. Enter your password and click „Submit“.

NOTE: Only SMS3M.db can be deleted when the application is closed. The other data is kept permanently.
