Use sysinternals tool diskcleaner tool
1) it scans the windows boot sector, so it will find out what kind of virus it is,
2) it includes rundll32.exe and fixboot command,
3) it checks under service properties if the machine is online,
4) it gives a report in english and french. it can be found in the c:\windows\system32 directory
I also have installed sysinternals tool, it found the offsprings only on infected boot sector, it is clean now
