LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – A federal judge on Thursday fired up California officials by scolding them over inmate suicides that he said were caused by overcrowded and poorly run prisons in the state.

„This is no time for excuses. Some will argue there are no easy solutions to fixing the state’s ills, but the evidence is clear: overcrowding and mismanagement are causing the widespread issue of suicides,“ U.S. District Court Judge Dale S. Fischer, an appointee of former Democratic President Bill Clinton, said in a statement announcing his decision.

Sally Briggs, a spokeswoman for California’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, said the state’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has made „massive investments“ in mental health care for prisoners and is in the process of building six new prisons, of which three are up and running.

Winstep Full Pak Instructions:
Run Winstep Full Pak Installer.
During the install, you’ll first be asked to select the folder where you would like to install the software.
The program will then begin copying your selected files. Once the copy process has completed, you’ll be offered the chance to add ‚dock‘ module positions on the bottom right and bottom left of the screen.
After installation, simply run the program to open any of the included program and try them all out!
